      At nearly 150 years old, the family values still drive decisions and action. Over 3,000 co-workers globally, +/- 90 in the USA, selling and servicing the highest quality cutting tools our team can be proud of every day. New international and local CEO's have renewed the efforts and commitments to provide good stable jobs and advancement opportunity for our staff, and build a strong base for growth and job stability.

      Pros

      Great career opportunities here. Cleanest shop that I have had the opportunity to work in. All training is done on site and you do not have to have direct related experience. Leitz has trained me from entry level to the qualified operator I am today.

      Cons

      Need to have more employee interactions outside normal working responsibility. Maybe some team building exercises, or something fun that we can do to further grow our team.
