No pros at all You will have to ruin your personal life for the company
Cons
You can only find demotivation if you join this company especially engineering team Your relationships will come to end because of work Your work will literally kill your mental health How much ever you work they doesn’t value you You are questioned if you don’t work during weekends and no personal spaces atleast during weekends They fire you without notice period They are least bothered regarding employee mental well being And I have so many things to say, but eventually you’ll understand and once If you join the company you ruin your professional and personal life

Pros
Tech team at leoforce is really awesome. They do care about their employees and their growth. I really like the tech team culture of knowledge sharing within the team which automatically keeps you updated about the technologies. They provided complete work from home during the covid time and never had a lot of pressure regarding the work. Work life balance is also good here. Sumant (director of engineering) is a awesome guy, nice to get a chance to work under him.

Nothing as such, everything is going fine here.
