Pros
- Remote Work - Paid on time - Docrio is actually a decent product offering - if only it wasn't tied to Litify.
Cons
- Unless you are within a small clique near the top, management does not care. - The product is poorly designed for the most part, and is then very poorly implemented by a host of very unexperienced 3rd party teams. - Yes men everywhere try to cover up the large number of poorly adopted customers. - Big spending for executive trips/all hands and then layoffs only weeks later. - Stock Options/Grants are worthless. Upper management would never address valuation. - Non competitive wages - CEO is a ghost
