Pros

- high agency, lots of room to make an impact - expectations are high but tons of opportunity for growth if you're performing - accessible, down-to-earth management and leadership - incredible, kind, and hard working coworkers - you 100% get out of this company what you put into it, commitment is rewarded

Cons

- very start-up-y still, things change fast and not everything is executed perfectly the first time - similar to the above point, but there are definitely growing pains. the company is successful and scaling rapidly which means we're often figuring things out on the fly as a team

Pros

I've had a great experience working at Luxury Presence. The company has a talented team that's passionate about helping real estate professionals grow their businesses, and it's rewarding to work with a product that genuinely delivers value for clients. Leadership is transparent about the company's direction, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow if you're willing to put in the effort. I've also appreciated the collaborative culture. People are willing to help each other succeed, and I've built strong relationships across different teams. The company moves quickly, which keeps things exciting, and there's always something new being built or improved. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can make an impact, it's a great place to be.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, priorities can shift as the business evolves, so adaptability is important. The pace can be demanding at times, but that's also part of what makes the company continue to innovate and improve.

Great Opportunity for Career Growth

Pros

Excellent career growth opportunities with a company that prefers to promote from within. Strong culture, supportive management, experienced coworkers who are great resources, and a modern tech stack with continued investment in AI. Leadership is engaged and pushes employees to develop professionally.

Cons

The environment is demanding and performance-driven. Success requires a strong work ethic, resilience, and comfort with cold calling. If you're looking for a low-pressure sales role, this probably isn't the right fit, but if you're motivated and coachable, the opportunity is there.
