Good stable contracts Decent salary Job security and mobility programs

Cons

401k employer contribution doesn't start till after 6 months and NOT vested until 24 months. Benefits and PTO are average - nothing special. Not allowed to purchase PTO if needed. Career enablement and individual growth is just a talk.
