Pros
Used to be a great company to work for. Management has changed their attitudes towards employees. Lots of shadiness and unethical business practices IMO.
Cons
Management plays favorites and makes it obvious, lack of training which in turn leaves very little consistency. Protocols and procedures change almost on the daily and company communication is lacking. Management perpetuates toxic work environment.
