Hello! Thank you for the feedback. It sounds as if you have had a good experience working for MMGY Global thus far. We have many benefits and perks which support flexibility (e.g., flexible start and finish times, generous PTO, Work from Anywhere/Any Office, etc.). And we have been very open about the fact that we place a premium on in-office interactions. Thus we have a hybrid work environment with specific in-office expectations that we expect to foster creativity, collaboration, and career development. We also have a fast-paced environment! Some of us thrive in that type of environment, and some would prefer a slower environment.
