We are always looking for Trainees as well as experienced Header or Roller Operators, Machine Maintenance Technicians and Tool Maker positions. We offer competitive sign on bonuses for those who qualify. MNP has competitive health benefits available at affordable costs. MNP is the Fastener Family that holds things together, LITERALLY!

I am still employed here and highly recommend to anyone considering working in any area of Mechanical Machining and Manufacturing.

Plenty of overtime, great insurance, paid vacation, annual bonus $1000+ and good base pay.

Cons

overtime is mandatory, you must be on time (point system), 10 hour shifts and the shop is hot!
