Unrealistic amount of work for 1 person Very unorganized Every man for himself atmosphere Quite a few people have very poor attitudes. It is known company wide but nothing is done about it. Computer systems are constantly down

Cons

MVP has terrible uneducated upper management, SILO's, Favoritism, Not putting the member first. Not transparent and Credibility downhill. Overworked for the pay grade.

The environment culturally diverse. Great location.

Cons

Although the environment culturally diverse, its segregated. Not enough proper training. Resources and tools unavailable, which does not allow employee to work independently. Open door policy does not exist, its considered complaining. The culture allows senior employees to justify inappropriate work habits. e.g. I can wear my Bluetooth cause they know I'm not on the phone during calls.
