Pros

Owners and management expect a lot out of the Foreman. With that they reward the personnel that do their best. They recognize potential and acknowledge when you achieve it.

Cons

The manpower in the field could have higher experience level. Very hard to find experienced help. Better company vehicles for the men in the field.
