Great mudlogging company

Pros

Good company with as good schedule as is possible with mudlogging. Co-loggers are generally easy to work with.

Cons

The job itself is tough and the locations can be remote, but that's just the profession in and of itself. As with all mudlogging companies, promotion to anything other than senior mudlogger or mudlogging supervisor is limited.

Pros

Employees at Main Logging are treated very well with very nice living accommodations at the rig (2 BR Stallion/Hoppes trailers) and a very consistent 20 on/10 off schedule that is rare to find in well site geology. Owner is friendly and helpful and you are a valued part of a small, yet growing team.

Cons

Mud logging is hard work and not a glamorous lifestyle
