Pros

Strong commitment to client experience. Excels at giving PMs and project teams the tools and autonomy to drive adoption success. Partners closely with clients on outcome focused strategies that make transitions smooth and impactful. Makse Group invests heavily in people, methodology, templates, and client satisfaction metrics, which directly tie into collaborative teams, rapid career opportunities, and regular recognition. Teams are invested in and empowered to build and influence processes, and methodology - promoting the innovation needed to make every project better. Collaborative culture, strong mentorship, and emphasis on empathy-driven consulting make this an outstanding place to advance in the people side of Workday projects.

Cons

Steadfast focus on client outcomes requires nimbleness, collaboration, and innovative problem solving. If you are looking to bring your skills and experience to work as a team to see the positive outcomes of what you are doing and deliver great work for clients, this is an amazing place to be. If you are looking for a run-of-the-mill consulting gig, this won't be the right team for you.

Pros

*Extremely competitive compensation across all levels *Strong benefits package *High standards that push top performers to grow quickly *Clear focus on results and accountability *Leadership is deeply invested in the company’s long-term success I’m writing this as someone in senior leadership, not the CEO, but as someone who works closely with him and with the executive team for over two 2.5 years now. I’ve read several recent reviews criticizing the CEO, and while I understand that difficult decisions can create frustration, many of these comments lack important context. This is a performance-driven company funded by private capital. Every poor decision, unethical action, missed client commitment, or lack of effort directly impacts the company’s P&L. That responsibility ultimately sits with leadership. When employees consistently underperform, act unethically, damage client relationships, or create a negative financial impact, leadership has a responsibility-not just a right-to act. Decisions to let people go are never made lightly or by one person alone. These decisions are discussed, reviewed, and agreed upon by leadership as a team. The goal is not punishment; it’s protecting the company, the clients, and the many high-performing employees who work hard and act with integrity every day. The company expects excellence because the company pays for excellence. Compensation is well above market, benefits are strong, and the environment is competitive by design. That model works very well for driven, ethical, accountable professionals, and very poorly for those who are not aligned with those values. This is not a company for everyone, and that’s okay. But it is misleading to label strong accountability and decisive leadership as unfair or abusive. For those who perform, act ethically, and take ownership, this is a place where careers accelerate and contributions are recognized. Leadership stands behind the decisions made...not out of ego, but out of responsibility to the business, its clients, and its top performers.

Cons

Not a good environment for people who prefer low accountability High expectations can feel intense for underperformers Fast decisions when performance or ethics are compromised

Pros

If you are interested in technology consulting as a career and have ambition, this is the place for you. You will get opportunities to contribute out of the gate and leadership consistently rewards results. The company lives and breathes Workday and is passionate about staying on the cutting edge of the technology. I’ve made several good friends here - couldn’t recommend more!

Cons

If you’re not willing to work hard, probably not a good fit. You will NOT be spoon-fed here.
