It's hard to think of pros when there are so many cons that outweigh any reason to work here

There is favoritism here among the servers. The management lets it happen. They are very aware of the problems and they do nothing to solve them. They just smile and Nod when you come to them. You will not make money here whatsoever. You will be stuck with a four table section maybe even three tables and those are two tops or 4 tops. You'll be forced to clean for at least an hour maybe more every night also during your shift you must perform side work. Basically you were treated like a slave and you make barely any money whatsoever. I was averaging about $15 an hour here and it's impossible to move up because if you do you have to work with certain people who steal tables from you and management does nothing about it They also randomly cut your hours and overwork some of the others. I have never worked in a more frustrating and toxic environment. It is not a team player environment. Management acts nice but ignores all problems. There is a table shark in this location that will steal tables and when she does not make enough money she will curse and slam things around in anger. Closers make 250 to 300 and us regular unappreciated servers who work just as hard if not more than closers are lucky to go home with $100. I have never felt more mistreated in a restaurant and as well made barely anything while slaving away cleaning beyond reason. The 'closers" do nothing more than check other people's sidework and like I said get all the tables. I couldn't wait to leave this house of horrors. Try and you will see that I'm being honest and trying to protect you from a horrible unfair place that will reward bad unprofessional behavior! If I didn't say before this is the Avalon location.
