Thank you for your comments regarding the Mayfran family! We really do have a great culture here and are very proud of it. Not sure when you worked here but we have been under new ownership since 2012. The leadership that we have in place now is the best it has ever been and we are thriving!

Pros

A lot of good people. Interesting variety of product lines, forward thinking in moving to 3D. Got plenty of opportunities to work on all kinds of conveyors and learned a lot about 3D modeling and drafting. Got to work with some good people in the shop as well.

Cons

Engineering seemed to sacrifice science and research for simplicity at times.
