Pros

- talented software engineering, product, and development teams - fun, dynamic sales team and leadership - exposure to software start-up inner workings, other successful entrepreneurs/start-ups, and data visualization innovation.

Cons

Negative people need to toughen up or get out of the way. It's an unfortunate reality in all start-ups, teams, organizations, etc. The environment has improved well over the past year.

Pros

MeLLmo is filled with smart people who care about their product and about each other. I've enjoyed my employment a lot and come happy to work every day. Proximity to beach and restaurants is great. Benefits are top-notch.

Cons

Like other small-to-medium software companies, they are susceptible to big growing cycles and sometimes, unfortunately, to shrinking cycles. It was sad to go through the later.
