Since going public it's all downhill!!!!

Pros

The paid time off and salaries Ed Kilroy is no longer the CEO - I wish he was!!!

Cons

Since going public, there is a toxic environment. The CEO and his hand picked constituents are liars, have zero morals, poor business ethics and are bleeding the company dry!!! Senior personnel are being fired on a daily basis, the executive team knows little about the operation of the company and the people they fired have the information and knowledge with them.

Pros

One semi-pro: The company had good pay, at first, but we all didn't know we were being set up to fail, lie to our patients and coworkers. My Regional and district managers were amazing, and I have made some lifelong friends. Real Pro: Karma will catch up with Mark Doerr.

Cons

Mark Doerr the THIEF-EO fired us all on a zoom call Jan 18th of this year, and took our bonuses as he ran to CVS. This is in the financial news press release that he issued, not my opinion.

The original business model, and disrupting the pharmacy industry.

Cons

New Pharm D leadership just there to cut cost, cut jobs, sell the business. No better than your local Walgreens and CVS. They do not live by their unfounded mission, values or integrity. Don't bother working for this cheesy company, if you do, it will be your worse mistake ever.
