Pros

Hard work is always rewarded and appreciated. I grew quite a bond with this company and many of the people within the building. Great place for people looking for a quiet hard working environment.

Cons

Some improvement could be made to the nightly test environments of the system.

Pros

I was recently hired by MedNet Solutions and have since experienced a welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely collaborative culture. It is apparent that employees are highly knowledgeable in their given area of expertise and find a great deal of satisfaction in their department-specific challenges. MedNet appears to be willing to take a chance and push the envelope to help grow the organization where it makes good business sense (an “every idea considered mentality” is apparent). Top management also makes a concerted effort to make employees feel appreciated, listened to, and respected.

Cons

I’m sure there are cons – as in any organization – however, too new to identify these as of yet.

Pros

Wonderful, supportive and collegueal culture. Strong commitgment to continuous improvement and doing what we can to help patients. One of the best benefits programs around. Very caring management. Lots of fun activities embedded into day-to-day operations. Fantastic COO with unending commitment, dedication and energy

Cons

There used to be some "silos" present, but these are being eliminated as development and delivery learn to work more seamlessly.
