Pros

Family owned. We have our picture taken so we're a real person, not a number when we hit the floor. Great benefits. Just increased wages, increased vacation time and revamped management. Slow moving but seeing improvement for true advancement planning year to year.

Cons

Growing pains in management but I guess that's to be expected! Staffing can get short at times but I think all companies are facing that.

The benefits are excellent. Health insurance provides good coverage and is affordable. The 401k is good with a competitive match to others in the industry.

Cons

Pay is behind that of their peers in the area. Inconsistent policy enforcement has caused employees to become disengaged. Promises of career advancement without clear professional development.
