      Pros

      Medical, dental, vision, life &disability insurances, 401k Flexible schedule, 10 hr shifts, 4 days on 3 off GBH(guaranteed bonus hours) after 90 day probation period- finish early and you still get paid for the full day Day starts around 10A.M. ends by 8P.M. Excellent logistics team 4 paid holiday days off

      Cons

      Constant delivery metrics monitoring while on route, 3 serious infractions = termination Blackout dates during peak and holiday seasons, no PTO available and delivery volume/workload significantly increases.

      *keeps you active *interact with a lot of customers *you are by yourself for the entirety of the route

      *Mentally and physically demanding *you will have more packages to deliver if you finish early consistently

      Decent pay and Nice People

      Pros

      The pay is pretty good. Coworkers are nice and motivated to get the job done. There is bonus pay available for the best drivers. The owners were always very respectful and personable people.

      Cons

      Some days that package load was outrageous. If you take too long to deliver packages they call you and tell you to hurry up as if you can go any faster. If you have to work after sundown it is a lot harder to see the houses/apartments to deliver the packages.
