Pros
Location is at least in downtown San Diego so that's good. Staff is full of hard working friendly people who stay upbeat. They also only expect people to work 8 hours per day; even though the favorites are known to take 1.5 to 2 hour lunches and 'workout breaks' so if you can get in good with management that's only a 6 hour work day!
Cons
Management is a nightmare. They don't appreciate their employees at all. They are far too busy trying to undermine each other and play political games than to appreciate employee contributions (unless you're one of their chosen ones). They work hard to bully employees into feel responsible for failures they create and far to apt to take credit for half accomplishments. It's like being back in the 60s with the way they talk to their employees.
