Pros

Good salary, OK benefits, worthy cause

Cons

Very little diversity, not open to other party politics, no advancement opportunities, career development opportunities not suggested or provided, managers will either micro manage or provide no direction and then reprimand you. Some staff members at home office are toxic but won't ever be removed from their position.
