      Pros

      This company is growing SO fast- it is really cool to see all the things we are doing. They are super flexible and open to conversations- My whole position was created because I noticed a need in the company. They agreed, created the position, and it has been really cool to see that change. They are also willing to take on new ideas. I absolutely love my coworkers. We have a fun but professional environment. As long as you do your job and meet the standards of the company, you will do well here.

      Cons

      We have set standards that we stick to. I have noticed that people that are just looking for a job where all they need to do is show up do not make it far. I wouldn't say this is a con, but it is a company that is not for everyone.
