Big focus on work life balance which is rare for agencies, and even more on helping people find their strengths and nurturing them. Very low turnover - people stay here for years. No hierarchy, no jerks, and all ideas are welcome and everyone gets a seat at the table with media, new business, and clients — even entry level analysts.
