Pros
• Customer obsessed founders who demand excellence from themselves and the team • Clear product market fit, strong growth rate, and logos include several of the world's most important companies • Compensation is 90th percentile in SF • Caring team that and low ego culture • Transparent about financials, metrics, and challenges
Cons
• Not an environment for anyone who isn't excited about trying to become great at what they do • 5 days a week in office is a challenge some weeks (though I think beneficial for this business)

High ownership and impact, fast iteration, smart and supportive teammates, strong product focus, lots of learning across design and engineering.
Cons
Fast pace can be intense at times, priorities can shift quickly, and work can feel ambiguous if you’re not comfortable with ownership.
