As one of the cloud POS provider and SaaS company, I think Moka provides a unique perspective of the industry. Not many startups choose to have a revenue from the beginning with subscription business model. And this early decision affected many metrics we tracked and tweaked to sustain as a business. And since every merchant (our customers) is a different business by nature, the insights we provided actually goes until merchant level and not just at Moka (company) level. Work together with SG team really boost your view about how engineering and data team culture, which I think not many startups in Indonesia can provide (mostly the unicorns have these privileges but I don't know about other local startups) Flexible working hours, you can work remotely. Even some of the team are in SG so meetings can be done using Zoom/Hangouts/Slack. Lunch provided every day.
