      Provides a great work environment and culture where you can engage in meaningful work with amazing clients. Having an opportunity to work for a privately owned company with great leadership, opportunity and mentorship.

      Cons are minimal, perhaps just the amount of work that can land on your desk periodically.

      Pros

      No place is perfect, but all I can ask for is to have a place where you have a team of people and leaders who care about their teams and about the work. The culture is always evolving and they are open about mistakes and genuinely want to make things better. The quality of people and work continues to get better and that's reflected in the number of top tier clients who are choosing Monigle

      Cons

      Lack of continuity on initiatives, which tend to fall off sometimes. Not always clear what the long-term strategy is, but things are always evolving
