Management is always planning for the future while consistently gauging the level of employee and client satisfaction in the present. Horizontal leadership structure, lots of opportunity to interact with executives of Motivity and Clients. If you're proactive and ambitious, this is the company for you!

Cons

Sometimes the flexibility can be overwhelming, requires a lot of discipline and time management. Especially when goals and deadlines are in place.
