Pros

Moxa has one of the best cultures I have ever experienced. Everyone is willing to help and do their best day in day out, and we work as a team to grow the business. There is lots of innovation and a focus on steady growth which is nice to see in a technology company.

Cons

We are trying to rebuild processes, procedures and tools to help in our growth. Those growing pains are always tough to navigate.
