Don't expect much support from your co-workers as you will mostly be on your own. I was new out of college with little experience at the time and asking co-workers for help or guidance was always an awful since they would just talk down to and be little me. Be ready to work a ton of hours as working overtime is the work culture expectation here. The overtime rate is nice but expect to never see your home, hobbies, wife and kids ever again. You’re not done till the job is done. You will also have to travel a lot. Be prepared to spend the next 4 months at a warehouse in nowhere Kentucky. The hotel and airline points are pretty nice though. I can’t speak much about health benefits since I was never home long enough from projects or service calls to be able to actually go to a doctor.
