I’ve really enjoyed my time at My Fit Foods so far. The team culture is one of the best parts — everyone is positive, supportive, and genuinely excited about the work we’re doing. It feels like being part of a close-knit group that pushes each other to do well while keeping the energy fun and encouraging. What stands out most to me is that I finally feel like I’m at a company that truly sees my value and uses my strengths in the best way possible. That’s not something I’ve always experienced in past roles, so it means a lot.

Cons

Things can move quickly since the company is growing, but the fast pace also keeps things interesting. Overall, it’s been a really rewarding place to work, both personally and professionally.

The company is close knit, collaborative, and everyone gets along so well. I enjoy the loose and laid back atmosphere and the way I can feel comfortable reaching out to any of my coworkers for assistance or advice. flexible with my personal life and PTO as well
