Truly supportive team, focused on success, team would rally together to support each other and make sure that everyone had what they needed. Never have experienced such a good team.

Cons

Grocery industry itself is a low-margin industry and sometimes long hours are required.

Great team of associates with years of knowledge and experience. Management is made up of people who worked their way up in retail. Good pay

Cons

Lack of communication between shifts and departments. Not much room for advancement. Less desirable positions don't come with differential pay.
