Nice ownership, poor financial management

Pros

Everyone is friendly and hardworking.

Cons

Poor financial planning. Target revenue numbers missed in Q1, but the company still plowed forward with two acquisitions and didn’t try to manage expenses until it became “too late” to save jobs. The CEO callously suggested he was doing his part by no longer flying first class to Europe even though he was “entitled to it”. It felt really insensitive especially given that he was flying so much that he probably could have gotten free upgrades and saved the company buckets of money (and maybe some jobs).

Pros

At Myonex, hybrid working is available and offered for all positions that allow. The headquarters in Horsham are safe, comfortable and a state of the art facility. The employees are great to work with and friendly. During my experience, Myonex takes great pride in an extensive hiring search to find the right people for the company. Management supports projects outside of my daily job functions and continually look for opportunities to excel in my career at Myonex. In addition to hybrid working hours, benefits include: 25 days of PTO per year, year-end performance bonuses, 401k employer match plan, health insurance, company sponsored events and activities.

Cons

Lack of acknowledgment towards the need of certain IT and job functions resources. The need of individual and team training programs and documents are lacking in this department.
