If you're an atheist who doesn't believe in the value of the human soul and happiness and wants to roleplay being in "Hell", this is the perfect place for you. You can experience being pigeon-holed into job roles against your will, holidays being "discretely" removed from your calendar, AND being constantly told that you will amount to nothing by the plant manager that "you will amount to nothing" on a daily basis.
