Pros

Absolutely nothing! Is a horrible company, they do not have respect for nobody and nothing

Cons

It is ironic how a company that sells an HR solution does not have empathy with its workforce. I feel ashamed to say that I worked for this company, you have to lie to the customer every time. Don't expect to get support from upper management or the HR department. Also, it is sad to see the same reply in each review, better tell the marketing team to create new ones, OH WAIT... you don't have a content department anymore because they all left, I wonder why if they started in less than a year, right?

Big NO to work for this company

Pros

WFH Policy is OK but if we compare the good apples with the bad ones, this pro won't be enough.

Cons

No respect for your work, zero leadership, people with managerial positions don't have a clue of what they are doing. Not the place to grow professionally speaking.

Some people I met during my time there, that's it

Cons

Not the best environment to work in. Constantly changing people for no reason and they don't communicate to anyone. Poor support in everything and constantly lying to customers about the product
