Pros

If you wanna come here and do your job and go home you can do that if you want to come in and do an extraordinary job and move up you can do that as well . Or if you do a good job they will approach you about moving up . It’s the best job I’ve ever had management treats you with respect and they really value their employees I love it here

Cons

The facility is dirty the break room doesn’t get cleaned the bathrooms are dirty

Pros

It's a great company to work for. Great company culture. Very understanding building of employees. Fun company parties and extremely nice people. Amazing work/life balance.

Cons

There aren't many cons. The pay started off below market but once you're hired full time, you're bound to receive raises frequently. They are also making more efforts to become implement more in-person days versus remote. If that's no issue for you, this is a perfect company.
