NOT ENOUGH HOURS IN THE DAY

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Great co-workers Some autonomy at times to get the job done Decent benefits

Cons

Too much work required for an 8-9 hour day. Easily 60+ hours every week, including days off. Constant screw ups in the upper management resulting in even longer hours to fix it. Nickel and dime everything while making record profits. Preach work-life balance and then pile on more work. Good ole boys club for sure and some of the upper management are complete jerks to listen to, completely full of bs. Overall a terrible company.

Pros

Pros: The mission and stated values sound great on paper. Onboarding materials emphasize compassion, humility, integrity, and accountability. The business itself has potential, and there are smart, hardworking people at the individual contributor level who genuinely care.

Cons

. Cons: Unfortunately, the lived experience does not match the stated culture. The values are largely performative — referenced often, but not consistently practiced by leadership. Communication is top-down and opaque. Decisions that significantly impact careers are made without prior feedback, coaching, or transparency. Despite talk of accountability, it often feels one-sided. The company is a revolving door for managers. Turnover at the leadership and management level is high, which creates instability, shifting expectations, and constant resets. If you’re looking for long-term leadership development or psychological safety, this is a challenging environment. Compassion and humility are frequently discussed, but rarely demonstrated when it matters most. Overall: Proceed with caution, especially for management roles. What’s promised culturally and what’s practiced operationally are not the same.

Pros

There are good people in the field to work with, but upper management is a joke. Promote a lot of people from within, but that can be a mixed bag.

Cons

Pay is very low for how many hours you will work at this job. Turnover is astronomical, well over 100% during a year for most positions. The direction seems to be non-existent and confusing and often times it is a complete cluster when something new is rolled out.
