Pros

The workforce are young, ambitious and keen to learn; the management team promote a positive and inclusive working environment with regular drinks and social events. The younger members of the company have some very gifted minds to look up to and work alongside, helping with their development and giving them confidence to improve their skills. As our Academy Consultants are permanent company employees, we take great pride and care in ensuring each experience is as positive and rewarding as the next. Around a fifth of our Consultants have been taken on permanently by customers and many more are enjoying moving up through the ranks on market-leading development and implementation projects with global, blue chip firms. A fantastic place to start your career.

Cons

Only downside is that the Worthing Academy Training site is a 15-min walk from the nearest station, and the building is a little tired

Pros

Dynamic and always pushing forward with the ever changing industry Experienced professionals in all aspects of IT Investment in their people with certification training Good working ethos and calm work environment Everyone will get stuck in when needs must, fantastic team overall Perks in the form of discounts at high street restaurants, shops and online purchases Company bonus (based on performance) is generous.

Cons

Standard Workplace Pension No other "common" benefits such as private healthcare, car allowance, gym memberships , pet insurance etc. - However you can get these type of things discounted using the perk system, so it balances itself out a little.

Pros

The training is very good and you can be taught in a range of different technologies that will allow you to go onto a client site and show off your skills. Once you start the training scheme you are instantly thrown into different situations that may occur when you are out there working, they give you training into the business side of things helping you to understand some certain business aspects you may need to know when going into a working environment.

Cons

You must be geographically flexible and while this wasn't a problem for me I realise that other people might not feel the same way. Fast paced training, which might be difficult for some people to keep up but putting in the extra effort and hard is worth it.

Pros

Recently moved with the academy to the new offices at MediaCityUK in Manchester. Offices are bright and open plan, creating a productive working environment. There's also a pool table. The training is fast paced and intense, The structure is manageable and the topics are interesting. The technologies that are offered are in high demand so it's good to know that the skills we are developing, we will be able to use throughout our careers.

Cons

Very fast paced and intense but it's worth putting in the time and effort as it will all be worth it.
