      - Vibrant Culture - 4 weeks vacation - Great manager - Good working environment - Great overall benefits - There are also hidden perks I keep finding for working for a college, such as tuition remission for a bachelors or masters degree!

      Cons

      - Medical cost could be better.

      Pros

      I have found NEC to be a dynamic and fast-paced place to work. There is good comraderie and teamwork. We work hard and get a lot done.

      Cons

      It can be demanding. This is not necessarily a con, but its not a place to come to slack off.
