Pros

Hourly wages aren’t very competitive, but you’ll bring home a lot due to constant mandatory overtime. Benefits are actually quite good.

Cons

Management takes on too much, ignoring the well-being of the employees who have to do the work for them. Mandatory 12-on, 2-off schedules annihilate morale and the turnover rate is an absolute joke.
