Pros
I am surrounded by co-workers that have a positive attitude, regardless of how our managers behave. The Toronto (ON) location is amazing, within the subway line and Go Train stop.
Cons
Managers are only focused on their results and how much they would benefit from what they assign us to do, pointing blame at employees whenever they make a mistake. Expectations are that you'll work at least 10hr a day, with snacks and pop as retribution. Promotion is awarded based on how close you are to management, and not the effort you put in. A small group of 'kids' are responsible for booking recreational activities to employees, which thus far has failed royally.
