      Pros

      Casual workplace, hybrid and flexible work options, small company so there are a lot of different departments to interact with, company events and incentives, great salary and bonus structure, and dogs in the office!

      Small company, so not as many career opportunities- yet!

      Career advancement opportunities are somewhat limited because it is a small company. But the company is growing so with patience, opportunities will probably occur.
