Pros

Since joining, I’ve seen consistent, purposeful, guided growth across the entire development team. The team was great to begin with, but it’s well on its way to becoming a crew of top-notch developers. Additionally, management is open and eager to hear/implement feedback, which is refreshing.

Cons

I consider this a strength, though it may intimidate some— people here speak their minds, good or bad. In real terms, what that means is the team doesn’t let bad practices take root. If you need to improve something, you’ll find out pretty much immediately. You’ll probably get blunt criticism when you might prefer a lighter touch.
