Pros

I LOVE working here because the environment is laid-back and supportive. The starting salary is a livable wage for the Rochester area and includes a commission structure as well. The management is very understanding and open-minded when it comes to employee needs and wants. Over all they are very accommodating, welcoming and professional. They are more than willing to help their staff grow and succeed in their careers.

Good communication, good pay and benefits. I recommend this company over any other recruiting companies. I actually felt like a person instead of a money maker in this position.
