Joining Obsidian this year was the best decision I've made in my career. I came at the right time to see great partnerships and grow with the company. Lot's of exciting things are coming and one of them being a recent a partnership with Vertex Pharmaceuticals. This partnership is a multi-year strategic research collaboration that leverages Obsidian’s proprietary cytoDRiVE® platform to discover controllable genetic therapies to treat serious diseases. With a strong partnership, I get to work on more exciting projects and build from the ground up with smart and genuine scientists. Culture so far has been amazing. I can't get over how genuine and collaborative people are here. That just makes working easier. Half the battle is working with people that are kind and value teamwork. That is so hard to find these days. The CEO cares for our employees and that makes it a plus to the journey here. I'm surprised everyday on people's commitment and passion driven culture.

I don't see cons at the moment. We're still growing and thriving and this is just the beginning of something great.
