Pros

Was a great small company until it was acquired. Management was skillful and helpful with career growth.

Cons

Being a small company benefits were not great, but at least they did offer them. Also did not quite pay market value for salaries, due to their size.

Good communication, company is willing to listen and help. Anyone willing to put good effort forth will find a welcoming and malleable environment.

Cons

Many properties are out in the sticks. Up in northern MN there isn't much civilization (I like it that way).
