After a couple layoffs and drastic changes without previous warnings or communications it got clear that we were in a very heavy unicorn that is not very good in talking. People that work there had no heads up on pretty much any change that affected the teams. "We are all people" and "we are all owners" were company wide values, and suddenly stopped making sense and became just a memory of better times

The company has no defined direction. Every quarter everything changes. What was a priority is abandoned. This creates a lot of waste. Today there is no stability in the company. Your direct manager gives you a good evaluation and the following week you are fired because the company needs to cut costs.
