They were forced to sell the company because of how poorly they are doing, unstable leadership, unorganized leadership that starts at the CEO, customers dislike the product, job responsibilities on paper are different than what is being carried out, low pay, demanding tasks outside of job position, employees constantly coming and going, no maternity/paternity leave or even pay through FMLA. The company doesn't even know how to run itself.
