Pros

The mountain view place is close to where I live. But they expect you to work at both places. The owners are horrible money grabbers who will lowball you as much as possible. They are cheap and greedy.

Cons

Horrible people. They read every email you write and bully you and tell you everything you did wrong. Never tell you that you did a good job ever. The turnover is really high and the hourly pay is really low with no benefits. They don't care at all about anyone but themselves.

Pros

Teacher employees, some customers are nice, and nothing else

Cons

The hours, low pay, management, no culture, training, treated like crap. There isn't even a break room at both locations for employees. Don't work here; you will just end up wanting to quit as there is already a high turn-over rate.

Pros

Everyone is very nice, teachers, co-workers, customers and students. It is definitely a nice place to work at. The owner started this school over 10 years ago and set high expectation and standard for everyone.

Cons

The school is busy all the time. They do over 5-10 recitals a year for students with different instruments.
