Middle Management is not that strong Most of the Project Managers are not capable and just in the designation because of their managers likes them. Projects are Onsite driven and most of the incapables were sitting at onsite. Most of the times you get work at 11th hour from on site. And they always expect you complete it no matter if it is 2 pm at night. Maturity needed at delivery level. Managers take things personally.
