Pros

Steady pay, there is always overtime available. Very basic health insurance options. Some nice people

Cons

The owner Chris was a terrible person to work for. There was nothing constructive about his criticisms. The quality of life for production workers vs office workers is night and day. Its obvious in hindsight that they only care about their production staff as much as is legally required of them. The management strings you along saying if you come in and work enough overtime you will move up in the company. The only way you will move up in the company is if you are related to the owner. There are people making the essentially the same hourly rate after being there for 10+ years as new hires. Things as simple as bathroom breaks are hard to take on the production side. In the 2 years I worked there, I saw multiple adults soil themselves because they could get to the bathroom in time. Essentially its a sweatshop, but for a few weeks in the summer they will have a taco truck come and give everyone free taco's. So I guess that makes up for the low pay, and bad work conditions.

Pros

Decent pay, decent benefits. Fast paced environment makes work go by pretty fast.

Cons

It's factory work that they advertise as creative work. Conditions are hot and there is often the smell of burnt chemicals in the building. A lot of the workers there speak Spanish and are not bilingual, which creates confusion and a communication barrier that severely hinders the ability to do the job well since it is a team venture. Management is under a lot of pressure from upper management, and are pretty aloof and unconcerned with their workers. No one lets you know what to get done, or how to do it, and it's impossible to ask non-bilingual co-workers for help. Turn over is high. The head of HR is rude, acted like I was bothering her whenever we spoke. The physicality of the work was not represented by the job description, the hiring manager, nor the HR rep.

Pros

Low level coworkers are all nice

Cons

Manager goes around asking employees if they're scared, knowing full well he makes everyone uncomfortable. Conversations with management is always filled to the brim with unnecessarily passive aggressive remarks. Senior employees are given way more leniency despite messing up at a much higher frequency.
